CRONIN Director since 1996 President Whitman College Mr. Cronin, 64, has served as President of Whitman College in Walla Walla, Washington since June of 1993.
A former White House Fellow, Mr. Cronin has been a scholar-in-residence at the Brookings Institution in Washington D.C.
and the Hoover Institution at Stanford University.

He is an award-winning scholar and author or co-author of several books on American government and public policy.
He is a director of the Blue Mountain Land Trust, the Downtown Walla Walla Foundation, and the National Association of Independent Colleges and Universities.
