Ms. Tatiana Kondratieva joined Bright Capital in July 2011 as Operations Director.
Prior to taking up her current position she worked for 5 years as CFO in private equity and real estate funds.
Tatiana has a wealth of experience running funds and especially back and middle office operations, including but not limited to operating and investment activities of the funds, relations with investors.
Between 2004 and 2006 she worked as Senior Consultant on mergers and acquisitions in the Tax Department of Deloitte & Touche.
Tatiana graduated with honours from both the Russian State University of Trade and Economics (accounting and audit) and the Moscow State Law Academy (financial law).
She also holds controller’s diploma from German’s business school.
