Susan Oak joined Oxeon in 2014, Susan quickly became enamored with developing talent and building culture in mission driven organizations.
She currently leads everything Talent at Oxeon, including recruiting, culture, values, employee engagement, performance management and learning & development.
She has previously been a part of several entrepreneurial ventures, including her own nutrition-oriented food service company.
Susan spent most of her nomadic childhood in Maryland before attending UCLA. Immediately afterward, she moved to New York City, the first place she’s called home.
Outside the office, you can find her cooking something new or hanging out at one of Brooklyn’s many beer gardens, where they thankfully allow her two rambunctious little boys.
