Mr. Stephen G.
Moyer is Senior Vice President at Pacific Investment Management Co. Before joining Tennenbaum, Mr. Moyer was a Director of Research at Imperial Capital.
Prior to joining Imperial Capital in 2000, Mr. Moyer was a Principal at Banc of America Securities where he worked in both the equity and high yield research groups.
Before joining Banc of America, he held the positions of Director of Fixed Income Research and Director of Debt Capital Markets at Kemper Securities (now Wachovia) in Chicago.
Prior to that he was a Vice President in the High Yield Bond and Financial Institutions Groups at Drexel Burnham Lambert Incorporated, and an investment banker at The First Boston Corporation (now Credit Suisse) in Los Angeles.
In the mid 1980s, he practiced law at Riordan & McKinzie in Los Angeles and at Jones, Day, Reavis & Pogue in Dallas, Texas.
Mr. Moyer received a BA with honors in Economics from Grinell College in 1979 and was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa.
He earned an MBA from the University of Chicago School of Business in 1982.
He also obtained a JD from Stanford University School of Law in 1983.
