Pratt is Co-Founder at Abbott Capital Management LLC.
Prior to co-founding Abbott Capital in 1986,he was Chairman of Venture Economics and was also the publisher and editor of Venture Capital Journal as well as editor of Pratts Guide to Venture Capital Sources.
A noted consultant and expert on the private equity industry, he has advised major corporations, government agencies and institutional investors throughout the world.
Mr. Pratt received his B.A. in English Literature from Brown University.
