Palmin has been a Partner of Kent International Ltd. and RAMEC Invest since 1989.
He has more than 40 years of business experience in Russia and the United States.
Previously, Dr. Palmin was Vice President-Strategic Planning and Vice President-New Product Development of Design Components, Inc. from 1984 to 1998.
He was Chairman of Novelos Therapeutics, Inc. from 1996 to August 2008.
He received a BS degree in Naval Instrumentation from the St. Petersburg Navy Institute and a Master of Aviation degree in Aviation Instrumentation from the Institute of Aviation Instrumentation and holds a PhD degree in Electrical Engineering.
