Seung Taik Yang has been a Director of Axesstel, Inc. since August 2003.
He is President of Tongmyong University of Information Technology in Busan, South Korea.
From 2001 to 2002, Dr. Yang served as Minister of Information and Communications for the Republic of Korea.
Previously, he was a Chair Professor of Kwangwoon University and the Information and Communications University.
Dr. Yang received a PhD in Electrical Engineering from the Polytechnic Institute of Brooklyn, an MS degree in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and a BS degree in Electrical Engineering from Seoul National University in South Korea.
