Ms. Harris joined Invesco in September of 2005.
Ms. Harris began her career in banking as a loan officer with Bank of America (formerly Security Pacific Bank), completing the credit training program.
She also worked at First Bank of Boston and HSBC in corporate lending departments.
She was a credit analyst for Merrill Lynch for 10 years covering corporates and structured finance.
Prior to joining Invesco, she was with Standard and Poor’s for 8 years and was a senior member of their CDO team.
Ms. Harris earned a B.A. in Mathematics from Mills College in 1974 and a Masters of Business Administration degree from the University of Southern California in 1976.
She received the Chartered Financial Analyst professional designation in 2001 and is a member of both the CFA Institute and the New York Society of Security Analysts.
