Teeter is a Managing Director & Chief Investment Strategist at Silvercrest Asset Management Group LLC and a MD, Head-Investment Policy & Strategy at Silvercrest Asset Management Group, Inc. He provides custom investment advisory services for institutions and families with a particular focus on global manager sourcing and due diligence, risk analytics across all asset classes and asset allocation.
He joined Silvercrest Asset Management as a result of Silvercrest’s acquisition of Ten-Sixty Asset Management.
Prior to Silvercrest, Mr. Teeter was a Founding Partner of Ten-Sixty Asset Management where he developed the hedge fund platform, risk analytics and institutional advisory businesses.
He served as Portfolio Manager at Tower Capital, where he managed several funds, including working with Silvercrest to develop and launch the Silvercrest Hedged Equity Fund in 2003.
He began his career at Amivest Capital Management.
Mr. Teeter received a B.A. from Bucknell University in Economics and an MBA in Finance from the Stern School at New York University.
