Mr. Rob M.
Walters, CFA, is Investment Director at Fitzwilliam Asset Management Ltd. He is on the Board of Directors at Agricultural Land Trust.
He is responsible for the property investments of Fitzwilliam Asset Management.
With more than 20 years experience in the financial sector, he uses this wealth of knowledge in the analysis of property investment opportunities, and in the creation, structuring and marketing of Fitzwilliam Asset Management's property funds.
Mr. Walters has established six property Funds to date, investing in UK commercial property; UK prime central London residential; pan European, Scandinavian and German commercial (six Funds to date).
Upcoming projects include Caribbean resort development and UK Strategic Income.
The skills acquired in the structuring, financing and marketing of property investments, including hands on experience of cross border transactions, have more recently been turned to assisting property clients of BDO Stoy Hayward in the creation of their own funds for marketing to a variety of prospective clients.
Mr. Walters holds a Bachelor's degree (Hons) in Accounting and Finance as well as the Investment Management Certificate and is a CFA charterholder.
He has more than six year’s investment experience in quantitative and qualitative analysis of funds and portfolio construction.
