Mr. Sears has been instrumental in the recruiting and development of C level managers at SEInteractive since 1999.
He has worked with Allconnect, Arsenal Digital Solutions, MediaSpan Group, Inc., VisionAIR and BuildLinks.
Prior to joining SEInteractive, Mr. Sears focused on strategic senior level recruiting projects, including technology and life sciences, at the Wilmington Group, where he was a founder and remains Chairman.
He has spent years in the corporate world with General Motors, RCA and Mobil Oil, before serving as Vice President of Human Resources with Masland Industries.
Mr. Sears is past Chair and current member of the University of North Carolina at Wilmington's business school and board member of North Carolina's Small Business Training and Development Center organization.
Mr. Sears is a graduate engineer from Purdue University and an Indiana native.
