Richard is a Principal in H.I.G.’s New York office.
He is responsible for all aspects of the investment process including sourcing and transaction execution, as well as working with portfolio companies and their management teams to improve growth and profitability.
Richard has executed private equity investments in a wide range of industries including healthcare, manufacturing and energy.
He serves on the board of directors of several H.I.G.
portfolio companies.
Richard also has operating experience as a member of the management team at Caraustar Industries.
Prior to joining H.I.G., Richard worked for J.P.
Morgan in the Investment Banking group, where he advised healthcare clients on M&A transactions, capital raises and other strategic initiatives.
Richard received his undergraduate degree from Princeton University.
