Profil
Mr. Hooper is a Partner in Chartwell BanCapital Fund I, LP, a private equity fund focused on the creation and investment in de novo banks.
During 2005, he served as a consultant during the creation, funding and start-up of Team Capital Bank and led the effort to analyze and formulate Team Capitals ancillary business strategy.
During 2001, he served as the CFO of OraSure Technologies, Inc. From 2001 until 2005, Mr. Hooper served as the Vice President of Finance of OraSure.
From 1996 until 2000, he served as the CFO of the predecessor company to OraSure, STC Technologies.
From 1993 until 1996, Mr. Hooper served as a Vice President of Corporate Lending for PNC Bank in Allentown, Pennsylvania.
From 1985 until 1993, he was employed by First Valley Bank in various roles, including Corporate Lending Officer, and was instrumental in the founding of their Asset Based Lending Group.
He serves as an advisor for Originate Ventures.
Mr. Hooper has a BA in Accounting from Moravian College and MBA from Lehigh University.
