Prior to FSC, he spent 12 years in healthcare corporate and investment banking at Wachovia Capital Markets, Bank of Montreal and Citicorp.
Before receiving his M.B.A. from Columbia Business School, Mr. Steelman was an equity research associate at Kidder, Peabody & Co. covering commercial banks.
Mr. Steelman received his B.A. from DePauw University.
