Mr. Behrendt also serves on the boards of Infocus Systems, Western Digital, and China-based SMT.
In addition, he is Adjunct Professor of Entrepreneurship at the University of Colorado Boulder.
He frequently speaks on topics such as corporate management, culture, and governance.
He was honored as Colorado Business Person of the Year in 1992.
Mr. Behrendt received a degree in Engineering from UCLA.
