Profil
Mr. Weiner joined Gleacher & Co. Securities on its June 2010 formation, the merger that took place between Broadpoint.Amtech Equity Capital Markets and Broadpoint.Gleacher Securities.
Prior to that, he worked in London where he was responsible for Deutsche Bank's European software coverage.
He has spent most of his career in the technology banking space managing relationships with software and financial technology companies including, SAP AG, Sage plc, MasterCard and Fiserv and has been involved in several significant M&A transactions, including KKR/First Data Corporation, Welsh Carson/Transfirst, Fidelity National/Certegy, Nova/PMT Systems and SAP/Business Objects.
Mr. Weiner holds an A.B. degree from Harvard University and an MBA degree from the Tuck School at Dartmouth, where he was a Tuck Scholar.
