Hedley is a Managing Director at General Atlantic LLC since June 1987.
She currently leads GA's human capital effort and manages the firm's global marketing and communications activities.

Previously, she had been an associate consultant with Bain & Company.
Ms. Hedley holds an AB Degree in Computer Science from Dartmouth College and an MBA Degree from the Harvard Business School.
