Owen John Onsum is currently the Director of the UC Davis Mondavi Center at the Performing Arts Center San Luis Obispo.
He is also the Director of the Joyful Ranch Foundation and a Member of the Sutter Club, Dixon Rotary Club, Dixon Community Church, and the Morris Muriel M.
Educational Foundation.
Previously, Mr. Onsum served as the Director of First Northern Community Bancorp from 2000 to 2016 and the Director of First Northern Bank of Dixon from 1972 to 2016.
He was also a Director at KVIE, Inc. and a Member of the California Bankers Association.
Additionally, he served as the Treasurer of the Solano Economic Development Corp.
and was the President of the Friends of Dixon May Fair and the Dixon District Chamber of Commerce.
Mr. Onsum obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of Washington and his graduate degree from the University of California, Davis.
He also holds an undergraduate degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara and attended the Pacific Coast Banking School.
