Prior to joining Relativity, Mr. Bahadur was a senior analyst in Merrill Lynch & Co.’s global technology investment banking group.
Mr. Bahadur was also an analyst in Wachovia’s consumer/retail investment banking group.
He has mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyout and equity/debt financing experience across a variety of industries including the business services, electronics, food retail and food service industries.
Mr. Bahadur earned a B.A. in economics and political science from Northwestern University and MBA from Columbia Business School.
