Mr. Nicolas Blanc is a Manager & Head of Economic Research at Ellipsis Asset Management SA. He joined the firm in in 2012 as Head of Research, becoming Head of the Allocation division in 2014, after accumulating an over 29-year experience within the Industry.
Mr. Blanc was previously Head of Equity Derivatives Research at CAI Cheuvreux for 4 years, of Risk Arbitrage Research at Kepler Securities for 2 years, and finally of BNP Paribas Equity Derivatives Research.
In 2006, he set up a multi-strategy hedge fund in partnership with BNP Paribas.
He joined Exane Derivatives in 2010 as Head of Institutional Research.
He graduated from the Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Saint-Cloud and ENSA.
