In addition to serving on the boards of BoardVantage, Enphase Energy, Ensenda, Guidewire Software, Apigee, Sonatype and Xactly for Bay Partners, he also serves on the Board of EMQ Children and Family Services (a.k.a.
Eastfield Ming Quong) and serves as the Fritzky Chair for the Foster School of Business at the University of Washington.
In addition, Neal's leadership helped establish the Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation at the University of Washington's Foster School of Business.
A lover of risk and adventure, Neal has climbed six of the seven tallest summits, sailed around the world, and run countless marathons, including the 2013 Boston Marathon.
Neal received his Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of Washington.
