Nathan Elstub joined Barclays Private Equity in 1999 after working for seven years with Arthur Andersen as a corporate finance advisor specialising in leveraged transactions and the Healthcare sector.
He graduated from St. Johns College, Cambridge with a degree in engineering prior to qualifying as a chartered accountant with Arthur Andersen.
Mr Elstub has been involved in a wide range of leveraged transactions and exits from early stage technology funding to large institutional buy-outs and has worked throughout Europe, South East Asia and the United States.
He has responsibility for developing Barclays Private Equity’s interest in the Healthcare sector.
