Mr. Adams founded Cornerstone Industrial Group, LLC in 1997 after approximately 10 years in an investment banking career.
Since 1997, he has acquired 8 Midwest manufacturing companies and remains an active owner and manager of 4 Midwest manufacturing companies.
As President of Cornerstone Industrial Holdings, Inc., he is actively involved in key management decision-making, strategic development and implementation as well as on-going acquisition activities.
He has particular area of expertise in plastics, tooling, specialty metalworking, and flexible materials conversion.
Immediately prior to founding Cornerstone, Mr. Adams was a Vice President with NatCity Investments, Inc., the investment banking and brokerage subsidiary of National City Corporation.
At NatCity, as well as at Reserve Capital Group, Prescott, Ball & Turben and L.F.
Rothschild, he focused on sourcing, structuring and executing mergers and acquisitions for middle-market companies but also worked on a variety of public offerings, private placements of debt and equity securities and valuations of privately held companies.
Mr. Adams has a Computer Science degree from Colgate University and a MBA from the University of Virginia's Darden School of Business Administration.
