Fard has been Vice President-Operations of Power Medical Interventions, Inc. since March 2008.
He was Vice President-New Product Development of MicroAire Surgical Instruments LLC from 1995 to 2007 and Vice President-Engineering and Operations from 1992 to 1995.
Prior to joining MicroAire, Mr. Fard held quality assurance management and engineering positions at Baxter International and American Hospital Supply.
He received a BS in Mechanical Engineering from California State University, Long Beach and an MBA from the College of William and Mary.
