Prior to joining Brazos in 2003, Ms. Taylor was employed for three years at TCW/Crescent Mezzanine, L.L.C.
in Los Angeles, most recently as an Associate focusing on private mezzanine investments in leveraged buyouts and growth financings of manufacturing, distribution and service companies.
Previously, Ms. Taylor worked as an Analyst for Morgan Stanley & Co. Incorporated in the investment banking division from 1996 to 1998 and for Steadfast Financial, L.L.C., a hedge fund manager.
Ms. Taylor received a Bachelor of Science degree with high honors in Mechanical Engineering from Yale University and a Master of Business Administration degree from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
