Lesley formally joined the team in April 2002.
Previously, she was an Investment Manager with NeSBIC Investment Fund II and hence has worked alongside Zoran and Jeroen since 1999.
While working in the NeSBIC Investment Fund II she was the lead manager for portfolio companies H2 Boemer B.V.
and Incotec Holding B.V.
as well as being instrumental in the fundraising effort for the fund.
Prior to joining NeSBIC in 1999, Lesley worked as an Investment Manager for Staal Participaties, a venture capital fund of Staal Bankiers N.V., where she was responsible for management of several portfolio companies including leading the investment of portfolio company Pronk ergo B.V.
Between 1994 and 1996, she was an account manager at Staal Bankiers.
She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and a Masters degree in Business from Nijenrode University in the Netherlands.
Lesley is a board member of Eurochem, NGI Holding, Florimex Group and Incotec Holding.
