Mr. Kumar Vanka is Co-Founder & Partner at Horizen Ventures Management Co LLC.

Previously, he co-founded an enterprise software startup as well as an enterprise consulting startup.
He also served as a Consulting Manager at a number of startups in Massachusetts, where he led many projects for Fortune 1000 clients with a focus on business-process reengineering, designing solutions using the latest wireless technologies.
Beginning in 1990, he was a consultant with IBM, where he led a team to build real-time process control solutions for the semiconductor manufacturing line, which led to direct improvements in the manufacturing process as well as costs.
Mr. Vanka holds a Masters in Computer Science from the City University of New York, and a BSEE in Electrical Engineering from Bangalore University, India.
