Kristina McMillen received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Texas State University, and holds a Master of Liberal Arts degree from Southern Methodist University.
Ms. McMillen worked with the Denton County Mental Health Mental Retardation Center as a Habilitation Therapist for mentally retarded clients.
She later joined Stanton Chase International, a large retained executive search firm, before moving to Brigham Hill Consultancy for five years.
Ms. McMillen left the firm for a brief time to raise her two young sons and later returned to Brigham Hill to continue her consulting practice.
Active with the Junior League of Dallas, Ms. McMillen has also been a volunteer for Attitudes and Attires, the Dallas Visiting Nurse’s Association, and the Dallas Zoo.
She also has a strong interest in and is active with community theater in the Dallas/Fort Worth area
