Mr. Kris Agarwal is General Counsel at Lime Rock Management LP.
He joined Lime Rock in 2008 and is now the firm's General Counsel.
Based in the firm's Westport, Connecticut office, Mr. Agarwal has senior responsibility for the legal aspects of Lime Rock's global fund management, portfolio company negotiation and structuring, and regulatory compliance efforts.
He also manages the firm's outside counsel relationships.
Prior to joining Lime Rock, he worked at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and Vinson & Elkins LLP where he focused on corporate and transactional matters, including cross-border transactions and representation of private equity firms and public companies in connection with public and private acquisitions, divestitures, and investment transactions.
Mr. Agarwal is a graduate of Texas A&M University (B.B.A, M.B.A.) and Southern Methodist University (J.D.).
