Mr. Kirk J.
Hulett is an Executive Vice President of Strategy & Practice Management at Securities America Advisors, Inc. He oversees the Practice Management group at Securities America, which delivers coaching, consulting and training to financial professionals on how to improve the efficiency and profitability of their business.
This includes the company’s technology training and adoption team.
He also leads Securities America’s human resources team whose mission is to attract and retain the best employee talent in an engaging and effective workplace.
In addition, he serves as Securities America’s chief strategy officer, leading the company’s strategy formulation and execution.
Mr. Hulett Proficient as a speaker, writer and business consultant, he has been a featured speaker at various industry conferences and is a regular contributor to print and online publications.
He earned a master’s degree in industrial and organizational psychology from the University of Nebraska at Omaha (UNO) and graduated with honors from Washburn University in Topeka, Kansas.
He has been an adjunct instructor for the UNO College of Business MBA program and holds the Series 7 and 24 securities licenses, the Behavioral Financial Advice (BFA) designation and is a certified BFA instructor.
