Prior to FEP, Kevin was the founder and Managing Partner of Trinity Capital LLC nation's leading firm in QSR investment banking.
At Trinity, Kevin completed over $20 billion in mergers & acquisitions, financial restructurings and financing transactions during his 23-year tenure.
A trained economist (BS, Old Dominion University; MBA, College of William and Mary), Mr. Burke is a popular speaker on a variety of relevant subjects, including the restaurant industry, franchising and the economy (he is an adjunct professor at the Mason School of Business at The College of William & Mary).
His restaurant expertise and knowledge make him the go-to source for restaurant industry leadership.
Prior to founding Trinity Capital, Mr. Burke was Executive Vice President of Franchise Mortgage Acceptance Company (Nasdaq: FMAX), where he was responsible for it’s IPO, warehouse financing, securitization, investor relations, loan syndication, and mergers and acquisitions.
Mr. Burke was instrumental in developing and broadening the $12 billion national franchise loan securitization market on Wall Street.
