Prior to joining Oaktree, Mr. Gollenberg led the creation of and spent three years at CBRE Realty Finance, Inc., where he most recently served as Chief Executive Officer and President.
Before that, he spent over 21 years at CIGNA Investment Management, where he most recently served as senior managing director of Capital Markets, responsible for investing in and issuing all types of real estate debt products.
Mr. Gollenberg received a B.S.
degree in business administration with a concentration in accounting and economics cum laude from the University of Hartford.
He is a CFA charterholder.
