Jonathan Gillbanks , Senior Vice President, was initially recruited by GMT in 2001 in an advisory role at PEPcom, GMT's German cable TV investment team, and subsequently joined GMT's investment team.
He has 11 years of investment banking and advisory experience in the communications sector in the UK, Germany, Spain, Italy and Latin America and was most recently a Senior Vice President in Lehman Brothers' Mergers & Acquisitions group in New York and London.
A British citizen, he speaks five European languages and is a qualified Chartered Accountant.
He holds and M.A. in Business Studies and German from Edinburgh University.
