Mr. Waldman joined Jacobson Partners in September 2006.
Prior to joining Jacobson Partners he worked as a Senior Associate with Astron Services, LLC, a merchant banking firm focusing in the media and communications sector, where he completed transactions, including private equity and debt financings, mergers and acquisitions and leveraged recapitalizations totaling in excess of $200 million.
Previously, he served as a Financial Analyst/Client Investment Officer at Edison Schools, the largest for profit manager of public schools in the United States.
While at Edison, he completed in excess of $60 million in charter school financings and worked extensively on a $174 million going private transaction for the company.
Mr. Waldman graduated with distinction from McGill University in Montreal, Canada, receiving a Bachelor of Commerce with a major in Finance and a concentration in Strategic Management.
