Mr. John P.
Genco, CFA, is a Portfolio Manager at WhaleRock Point Partners LLC.
He joined the firm in 2018 and is responsible for asset allocation, security selection, and equity modeling.
He is also responsible for a majority of WhaleRock’s equity and fixed-income trading while also assisting in client portfolio strategy.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Genco was previously employed as a Junior Research Analyst & Trader by Beaumont Financial Partners LLC where he performs extensive analysis and trading in the areas of equity, fixed income, and alternative investments.
He is also a Principal by Knight Capital Group, Inc. He received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Boston College.
