He studied Business Administration at Stanford University (1974), and received his Docorate at Vienna University in 1975, he also studied Intenational Tax Law in Paris University Sorbonne.
He worked for the Chamber of Commerce, also as a CPA and tax lawyer in Vienna.
In 1984 he was a member of supervisory board at Creditanstalt Bankverein and he worked as an advisor to the Austrian ministry of industry.
In 1990 he worked as Professor at Vienna University School of Business Administration.
In 1993 he was a Parner at Huebner & Huebner.
He has diversified experiences on corporates boards: BRT Kft, Budapest/Hungary, Oesterr.
Armaturen AG, Vienna/Austria, ASA Waste Management, Vienna/Austria and HIROSS S pA, Padua/Italy
