Jill Winters

Jill Winters joined Pathways/Pathways at Work as CEO in 2018; and is a senior advisor on the healthcare industry to Atar Capital.
Jill is an experienced healthcare management executive and held positions of increased responsibility over 20 years at UnitedHealthcare, serving as President of its Medicare and Retirement Central Region as well as Chief Field Executive Officer of its Medicare Solutions Business.
She also served as the President of United Healthcare’s Secure Horizons Central Division for five years, and Vice President of Government Programs and Corporate Affairs of the Midwest region.
Trained as an attorney, a key focus of Jill’s career has been legal and regulatory compliance.
Prior to joining United Healthcare, she served as General Counsel of GenCare Management Company, and as a compliance attorney at A.G.
Edwards & Sons.
Jill holds a B.A. and law degree from Washington University in St. Louis.
She also holds a Certificate in International Commercial Arbitration from the American University School of Law.
Jill has received recognition as Most Influential Business Woman by the St. Louis Business Journal.
