Mr. Jeremiah W.
O'Connor, Jr. is the Managing Partner at O'Connor Capital Partners.
He founded the firm and is the individual most responsible for determining the policies and strategic direction of O’Connor.
Mr. O’Connor is a Co-Chairman at The Peabody Group and is a current Trustee at College of the Holy Cross.
He has over 30 years of real estate investment experience.
Mr. O’Connor began his career at Lazard Freres & Co. and prior to starting his own company in 1983, he was a Founder and Chief Investment Officer of Corporate Property Investors (“CPI”).
Mr. O’Connor is a trustee of The Papal Foundation, The Catholic Communal Fund, and the College of the Holy Cross Endowment Fund, where he served for many years as a College Trustee and Fund Chairman.
Mr. O’Connor served as a Lieutenant (j.g.) in the United States Navy between college and graduate school.
He received an A.B. from Holy Cross and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
