She is the founding chair of Women Looking Forward, a philanthropic group with over 150 women donors who volunteer and give annually through the Orange County United Way.
She is also a member of Women Investing in Security and Education, a non-profit organization that promotes the financial education of women and girls.
Ms. Cagle earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Arizona and completed the Personal Financial Planning Program at the University of California, Irvine.
She is a Certified Financial Divorce Practitioner, a financial designation to assist individuals going through a property division.
