Mr. Foote held the positions of Vice President-Programs of ATK Propulsion from March 1999 to February 2000, Vice President-Operations from January 1998 to March 1999 and Vice President-Titan Projects from April 1995 to January 1998.
He served as Director of the FAA Commercial Space Transportation Committee from 2000 to 2004 and a Director and Chairman of the Utah Manufacturer's Association from 1998 to 2004.
Currently, Mr. Foote is a Member of the Association of Oil Pipelines Executive Leadership Committee.
He received a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Delaware and an MBA from the University of Utah.
