Mr. Jeff S.
Magson is Vice President at 1st Global Advisors, Inc. He began his career in full-service financial services in 1995, joining American Express Financial Advisors (Now Ameriprise Financial) as a financial advisor.
While building his practice in Princeton, New Jersey, he also took on additional coaching and leadership functions in the region.
In 1998, he was asked to take a formal leadership role as a district manager in the West Florida market group.
From 1998-2001, he worked with new advisors to help them grow their practices, while at the same time growing and servicing his own client base.
From 2001-2009, he served as a field vice president with American Express Financial Advisors/Ameriprise, in the Pacific Northwest market.
Mr. Magson graduated from Widener University in Chester, Pennsylvania.
He holds the Certified Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC) designation as well as FINRA series 7, 63, 65, 24, 4 and 51 licenses.
He has been fully licensed to provide life and health insurance products and services since 1995.
