Mr. Jeffrey S.
Bingham, CFA MBA, is a Managing Director & Co-Head of Global Investment Research at Heitman Real Estate Securities LLC.

Prior to joining the firm in 2019, Mr. Bingham was Vice President of Research at Equity International, where he was responsible for global macroeconomic, financial, and real estate research with a primary focus on emerging markets.
He began his career as a buy-side REIT analyst at DWS.
He holds a BS in Business Administration from Roosevelt University, an MBA with concentrations in Economics, Finance, and Accounting from the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business, a Master of Divinity from Yale Divinity School, and a JD from Northwestern University’s Pritzker School of Law.
He has earned the CFA, CAIA, and FRM designations and is a member of the CFA Society New York, CAIA New York, and the Global Association of Risk Professionals.
