Ms. Jeanne Tubman is a Principal at Ares Management LLC.
She joined Ares Management in August 2011 as Principal in the Private Debt Real Estate Group.
Ms. Tubman previously worked for Wrightwood Capital, where she was responsible for closing all debt and equity transactions.
She also oversaw outside counsel in connection with modifications, workouts and the exercise of remedies related to Wrightwood Capital's portfolio and asset management.
Before joining Wrightwood Capital in 1998, Ms. Tubman worked for two years at the Vernon Hills, Illinois law firm of Eiden & O'Donnell, handling commercial loan transactions and litigation, zoning and development matters.
Prior to her work in Vernon Hills, Ms. Tubman was a partner at the Chicago firm of DeHaan & Richter, P.C., representing financial institutions and the FDIC and the RTC in commercial real estate loans, workouts and litigation.
Ms. Tubman received a B.A. in history from Northwestern University and her Juris Doctor from Boston University School of Law.
She is a member of CREW Chicago, the American Bar Association and the Association of Corporate Counsel.
