Ms. Boyea holds a degree in accounting from the State University of New York at Cobleskill.
In her free time, Ms. Boyea is a Family Budget Counselor for one of upstate New York's Cooperative Extensions and is a parent volunteer for her daughter's 4-H club.
When she's not transporting her two teenagers to sporting events and 4-H functions, she and her husband enjoy skeet shooting and horseback-riding.
