Janette Pallas

Janette is an award-winning business adviser, with specialist expertise coaching and training business leaders and entrepreneurs to develop and grow their business.
In recent roles she has been responsible for the development and delivery of Entrepreneur learning and development programmes, and programmes to deliver coaching and mentoring to high growth and scaleup companies.
Through her company, OPT Business, Janette provides specialist advice to start-ups in strategic planning, strategy to implementation, raising finance, and bringing new products to market.
Janette also supports us in our work on teaching entrepreneurship through our British Council Creative Spark projects.
In 2008, Janette was honoured with a Queen’s Award for Enterprise Promotion for her work supporting student entrepreneurs and entrepreneurs with a disability.
