Over 100 years after its original charter, NBRS Financial opened its first branch in Havre de Grace, Maryland. Since 1999, NBRS Financial has successfully expanded to an institution with six branches, including one in Pennsylvania. NBRS Financial continues to be an independent, Maryland-based community bank with a primary market area that includes Cecil and Harford counties in Maryland, Chester, Lancaster, and York counties in Pennsylvania.
