Prior to joining CRT in 1993, Mr. Young had over fifteen years of investment experience ranging from the senior manager of the High Yield and Corporate Bond Departments at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette on the sell-side to Managing Partner of Acadia Partners and President of Cove Capital Associates on the principal-side.
Mr. Young holds an M.B.A. degree from The Darden Graduate School of Business Administration at the University of Virginia and a B.A. degree in economics from the University of California, San Diego.
