In addition to his duties, he led investment banking services and operations on capital markets and securities services.
In May 2018, Mr. Polyakov was appointed as Chairman of the Board of Rosbank.
Mr. Polyakov graduated from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO University).
