Mr Liang has a B. Sc.
in Economics from Fu Jen Catholic University of Taiwan and an MBA from Tennessee University of US.
With 15 years of working experience in the press industry of Taiwan as a renowned senior media practitioner, Mr Liang is highly skilled and successful in corporate strategy management.
In 1990, he joined LGT Asset Management Asia Ltd., whose market share of off-shore funds once topped Taiwan.
In 1998 when Invesco acquired GT, he continued to hold the position of Director of Asia and CEO of Taiwan branch.
In 2003, Invesco established a joint venture fund management company in China in partnership with Greatwall Securities Company and Mr Liang was appointed by the foreign side as the JV’s CEO, a position he held ever since.
