Mr. Harvey J.
Dupuy, Jr., is a Director-Engineering at Ridgewood Energy Corp.
He joined Ridgewood energy in January of 2005.
He has extensive experience in the U.S.
oil and gas industry, mainly in the Gulf of Mexico area.
His responsibilities include evaluation of the production and reservoir engineering aspects associated with the prospects and oversight of the drilling, production and facility operations performed by the Operator on each project.
Prior to joining Ridgewood Energy, Mr. Dupuy worked for several major and independent oil companies, including Pennzoil, BP and PG&E Resources and has held positions ranging from Staff Petroleum Engineer to VP-Operations.
Mr. Dupuy is a 1971 graduate from University of Southwestern Louisiana (aka University of Louisiana-Lafayette) with a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering.
He is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers and American Petroleum Institute.
He is a second generation petroleum engineer following his father, who worked for Chevron from 19481984.
